Customers are able to access the control panels and administer existing accounts.

Existing Customers can purchase new resources or services however, if purchasing a new domain this will need a manual workaround.

New Customers buying Hosted Exchange is not automatically provisioning and a manual work around is required.

New Customers buying all other services are provisioning as usual.

Our software supplier’ engineers are working on a permanent fix.
