Issue Description:

Hosted Exchange 2013: Public Folders

On 12 May 2014 the Cobweb Technical Team were made aware of an issue concerning public folder actions not provisioning within the Cobweb Control Panel. Based on a full and thorough investigation and extensive testing we determined a bug exists in the 2013 version of Exchange. For more information regarding this incident please click here

Issue Description:

Hosted Lync 2013

We are aware of an issue currently affecting incoming calls to our Lync platform whereas the caller may not hear a ringback tone. The cause of the issue has been identified and currently our carrier is working on a permanent resolution.

During this time calls will route correctly & no other functionality is affected other than the ringback tone. 

Update: Work to resolve the issue will be carried out and tested over the weekend as to minimise disruption. A further update will follow Monday morning. 

Update: The issue is still present following this work. Further investigations are being carried out by our Carrier.
