Cobweb has become aware of an issue following this month’s Windows updates.
Customers using Microsoft Outlook 2013, connecting to Hosted Exchange 2007 mailboxes, who install this month’s windows updates may encounter problems when they install the following:
Affected users may have trouble accessing some features of their email. Specifically, they will experience errors when they attempt to set an automatic out-of-office reply, or check free/busy information for a person when creating an appointment, or viewing a shared calendar
Microsoft are currently investigating the issue, Cobweb are also looking at the issue and how we can best serve customers experiencing the problem.
NOTE: This will only affect users connecting to Hosted Exchange 2007, users connecting to Hosted Exchange 2010 and Hosted Exchange 2013 are not affected by this issue.
Hosted Exchange 2013
We are aware of issue a small number of users on our Exchange 2013 will be experiencing in connecting to their mailboxes.
We are working on a permanent resolution to this issue and will update accordingly. Apologies for any inconvenience this is causing.
